Role Description
This role involves developing interior concepts, coordinating technical detailing, and supporting project execution from design to implementation.
Candidates are expected to contribute to space planning, material selection, production coordination, and on-site project management while maintaining high design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior concepts and presentation materials
- Prepare technical drawings and detailing packages
- Coordinate with production and implementation teams
- Support material and finish selection processes
- Assist site supervision and project coordination
- Ensure design consistency during production and installation
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in residential or commercial interior projects
- Knowledge of technical detailing and material applications
- Site coordination and project follow-up experience
- Ability to manage multiple project processes
Skills
- Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics
- Material and furniture knowledge
- Communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and project organization
Software
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, interior design software
- Ability to adapt to new digital tools and visualization software
- 3D & Virtual Design Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design and eco interiors
